Title: �USCGC HARRY CLAIBORNE (WLM 561) Dockside (DS) Deck Equipment FY24 Repair Availability Notice Type: Sources Sought The U.S. Coast Guard is looking for sources which would be interested in performing Dockside repairs for Coast Guard Cutter (CGC) HARRY CLAIBORNE (WLM 561). The performance period of this upcoming DS is 4 December 2023 to 21 January 2024. It is anticipated requests for quotes will be issued approximately 28 July 2023 and the contract would be awarded around 12 October 2023. The U.S. Coast Guard Cutter HARRY CLAIBORNE (WLM 561) is a 65�Inland Tender currently home ported in Galveston, TX. 77550. �The tentative Work list will include, but is not limited to the following: WORK ITEM 1: Fire Prevention Requirements WORK ITEM 2: Buoy Crane and Deck� Machinery Hydraulic System, Flush WORK ITEM 3: Hull Fittings (Weight Handling Rigging Hardware), Inspect and Test WORK ITEM 4: Hydraulic Crossdeck Winches, Inspect And Service WORK ITEM 5: Hydraulic Inhaul Winch, Inspect And Service WORK ITEM 6: Hull Fittings (Mooring and Towing), Inspect and Test WORK ITEM 7: Warping Capstan (Aft), Inspect and Service WORK ITEM 8: Single Point Davit, Disassemble and Inspect WORK ITEM 9: Buoy Crane, Inspect And Service WORK ITEM 10: Vent Space Deck and Bulkhead Repair SUBMISSION OF RESPONSE TO SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: Companies having capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought notice including commercial market information and company information. If claiming EDWOSB status, provide documentation that shows the company is at least 51% owned by one or more women who are ""economically disadvantaged"", and primarily managed by an economically disadvantaged woman that make long-term decisions for the business, hold the highest officer position in the business and work at the business full-time during normal working hours. The documentation should also show the business is small under the NAICS code 336611. A woman is presumed economically disadvantaged if she has a personal net worth of less than $750,000 (with some exclusions), her adjusted gross yearly income averaged over the three years preceding the certification less than $350,000, and the fair market value of all her assets is less than $6 million If claiming Woman Owned Small Business status, provide documentation that shows the company is at least 51% owned and controlled by one or more women, and primarily managed by one or more women that make long-term decisions for the business and hold the highest officer position in the business and work at the business full time during normal working hours.
