- Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 10, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, intends to solicit offers for a wheelchair van and car for hire (taxi) transportation services for the LTC Charles S. Kettles VA Medical Center, and its Community Based Outpatient Clinics. NAICS Code 485991, size standard $19 million. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This service is for eligible beneficiaries and their attendants, escorts, and caregivers of the Ann Arbor VA Health Care System (AAVAHCS), and its community based outpatient clinics (CBOC s) on a twenty-four hour per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year. All transportation shall be provided in a safe manner. Contractors that can provide this requirement and meets the requirements below are requested to send: 1. Company Name 2. DUNS number 3. Business size under NAICS 485991 4. Notification if they are a VETBIZ registered VOSB/SDVOSB or not. Contractors must be registered and certified in VETCERT to be considered VOSB/SDVOSB.
