- Description
- The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Portfolio Manager (PfM), Command Element Systems (CES), Program Manager (PM), Command and Control Systems (C2S), Tactical Software Applications and Services (TSA&S) is seeking industry feedback to support a hardware technical refresh for the�Global Command and Control System � Tactical Combat Operations (GCCS-TCO) program. Only the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) document will be posted on SAM.gov and all other supporting documents are restricted.� Offerors requesting the restricted document on SAM.gov, must have completed the NDA, prior to receiving access to the Request for Information (RFI) restricted document.� The NDA has been posted on SAM.gov as an unrestricted document and can be downloaded, completed, signed, and then submitted to Kirklyn Rutland and Patricia Peterson at kirklyn.rutland@usmc.mil and patricia.peterson@usmc.mil, respectively. It is the responsibility of those responding to the RFI to obtain all applicable documents.� NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT ANY POINT DURING THE RFI PROCESS.� ALL COMMUNICATION SHALL BE THROUGH THE CONTRACTING OFFICE VIA EMAIL.
