- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 1 intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price Contract for a one year and four option years. To COMCAST Sportsnet New England to provide Public Service Announcements (PSA) for The Boston Celtics and in prime VA Hospital Markets on Television. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit from only one Source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1, Single Source Awards. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541810- Advertising Agencies, size standard $22.5 Mil. Intended source COMCAST Sportsnet New England, 189 B Street, Needham Heights , MA 02494 This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements as stated herein may submit a written response (i.e., capability statement, certification) which clearly supports and demonstrates its ability to perform the requirements. Any response must be received by the response date and time set forth in this notice. Any response will undergo a review to determine if the respondent can meet the requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Response received no later than, 1:00pm EST, July 31, 2023. Written responses must include sufficient information to establish capability to fulfill the requirement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. The Government anticipates award on or about August15, 2023.
