Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers- Vicksburg District, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, indens to award a sole source purchase order to Brian's Marine LLC, CAGE Code: 7DAZ7 , 24049 Rose BLVD, Gulfort, MS 39503 for a 20' aluminum boat with minimum 3/16"" aluminum hull. The statement of work for this requirement is attached.� This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) and no solicitation is available for this procurement.� Nevertheless, any firm or individual that believes it is capable of meeting the Vicksburg District's requirements described herin may submit a capabilities statement; which, if received by 12:00PM CST on 14 July 2023, will be considered.� Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail, no phone calls will be accepted.� A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon resonses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.� Any questions or comments shall be directed to Jeff Smith-Lyon, Contract Specialist, via email at JEFFREY.L.SMITH-LYON@USACE.ARMY.MIL.�
