Description: 914th Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station releases this notice of intent to award sole source to L3Harris Global Communications, Inc in accordance with FAR 5.102.� 914th Niagara Falls OSX requires the purchase and delivery of seven each UHF Radios and associated installation equipment. Currently the only radio that satisfies the requirement for 801X mission is the PRC-163 radio as produced by L3Harris. After conducting market research, it has been determined that L3Harris Global Communications, Inc does not have a GSA schedule or any small distributors.�
