- Description
- SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION The U.S. Coast Guard Base Kodiak intends to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source purchase order to the City of Saint Paul Island under the authority preserived in FAR 13/106-1 (b)(1).� Only one source reasonably available that will satisfy agency requirements.� This requirement is for the purchase of building caretaker services for USCG AVSUPFAC St Paul Island for the period of performance 08/01/2023 - 07/31/2024.� The approximate estimate of this action is less then $80k. The proposed procurement is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.301-1 Only 1 source.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.�� The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responsding to this notice.�� This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.� Questions or comments to this Notice of Intent should be directed to the Contracting Specialist, Jacqueline Robinson, at Jacqueline.L.Robinson@uscg.mil via email only (no phone calls/voicemail messages regarding questions will not be accepted and will not receive a response).� Please indicate in the subject of your email: Notice of Intent Question Submission 70Z04523QKODI0222.�
