- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice, a solicitation is being forcasted for 31 July 2023. The requirement is nor non-personal service to provide in-country project management and technical support services in support of the Armed Forces Research Institute of Medical Scineces (AFRIMS) epidemiology studies in the Asia-Pacific Region.�USAMD-AFRIMS headquarters are at 315/6 Ratchawithi Rd, Thung Phaya Thai, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400, Thailand, but the work performed in this contract will occur at field sites outside Thailand, to include locations across Southeast Asia (primarily in Nepal, Cambodia, and Philippines).� The objective of this contract is to provide clinical site management and in-country clinical research operations and scientific laboratory support for surveillance, epidemiology, and intervention studies, sample collection, and laboratory testing in field sites located across Southeast Asia in coordination with the offices and personnel in Bangkok, Thailand.� The surveillance, research, and clinical operations performed in this contract shall support AFRIMS� mission of obtaining a comprehensive understanding of disease threats to prevent, detect, and treat infections causing parasitic, viral, and bacterial diseases.� Tasks shall include providing comprehensive support to laboratory and field based clinical research projects and trials in Southeast Asia.�
