Questions and Answers: Question 1: In Section 1.a.i, it states All Engineers and architects must be licensed for work in the state of Florida"". In Section 1.b, it states The lead Designer in each discipline must be registered but does not have to be registered in the particular state where the project is located . Please clarify. Answer: The Lead Designer in each discipline must be registered but does not have to be registered in the particular state where the project is located. Also, the Designer of Record does not have to be registered in Florida but must be licensed and registered so that they can complete AE designs in Florida (can stamp drawings, etc.). Question 2: Will proposed teammate past performance and qualifications be considered? Answer: Yes, it will be considered. Question 3: Will there be a specific weight given for previous VA past performance/experience? Answer: No specific weight will be given.
