Description
This is a Synopsis IAW FAR 5.2 Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the National Planning and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for DOI, BLM and USFS with agreement numbers 12318721A0007 through 12318721A0008. RFQ Number: 12441923Q0113 Project Title: Content Analysis for Climate Resilience ANPR Project Description: The contractor must create a coding structure tailored for USFS needs, as detailed in Table 1.� Using that coding structure, the contract must analyze only the Unique and Master Form letters (including applicable attachments) as identified by CARA,� received during the official comment period following procedures specified in Table 1. Option 1 � The contractor is also asked to provide a price for coding an additional page of comments. The price per page should also include costs for writing and project management. This option may be exercised up to 3,000 times by the government if needed.� Please provide the cost for 1 page of additional coding in the schedule of items table that is provided below. The contractor must also develop concern statements, which summarize common themes found from analysis of content.� Please see Table 1 for details. The contractor must also deliver an executive summary detailing the content of Unique and Master Form letters, as detailed in Table 1. Furthermore, the contractor must deliver a CARA-generated report as noted in Table 1. Letters, emails and submissions are synonymous terms used interchangeably in this Call Order.� They refer to all submissions received in response to the Government�s request for comments. Originals are submissions as received from commenters. Project Location: This is a Nationwide effort through the Washington Office (WO). Delivery: The deliverables for this work will be provided to the ordering activity. The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA.
