Description: Contractor shall have knowledge of all aspects pertaining to the Statement of Work.� �The SOW and Specifications are written for the construction of a wildlife barn in Edinburg, TX.� �� There IS a mandatory site visit to attend. Please see paragraph L.6.� Site Visit is on July 10th.� All questions pertaining must be submitted in writing to the POC (david.hildebrand@usda.gov) for this solicitation. Responses will only be posted on sam.gov. To ensure a response, questions must be submitted by 4:00 PM July 17, 2023. Questions submitted after this until quotes are due may not receive a response.
