- This project is to provide construction services for the Seagull Office HVAC at the Gunflint Ranger District Seagull Guard Station of the Superior National Forest. The project consists of installing a mini split Air Conditioner with heat pump, condenser and all accessories and labor needed to provide a turn key functional mini split system as detailed in the specifications. Project location:�� Superior National Forest Seagull Guard Station 2020 W Highway 61 Grand Marais, MN 55604 Estimated Period of Performance:� 08/07/2023 through 09/20/2023 The government estimate is:�Under $25,000 A pre-quote meeting will not be held.
