This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation (36C25023Q0840) is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). Award shall be made to the quoter whose quotation is the lowest priced and technically acceptable (meets Brand Name or Equal requirements).
