Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 9 Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9 intends to issue and award a Sole Source single award Firm-Fixed Price Base plus 4 Options type contract with a period of performance of 10-01-2023 through 09-30-2028 against NAC 36F79722D0197 to provide radiopharmaceutical Illuccix Ga-68 and PSMA 11 on demand for the Nuclear Medicine Service, Memphis VA Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Ave., Memphis, TN 38104, to Telix Pharmaceutical (US), Inc., located at 11700 Exit 5 Pkwy, Ste 200, Fishers, IN 46037-8003. It has been determined that, through initial Market Research, only 1 (one) responsible source can provide the required brand name radiopharmaceutical, against an existing NAC contract, as identified below, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6(b) Items peculiar to one manufacturer. This Intent to Sole Source Notice is posted for two days only, as a duplicate of previously posted Intent to Sole Source Notice 36C24923Q00294, which was posted for the period of 05-01-2023 through 05-22--2023; so that, the eCMS contract writing system recognizes Intent to Sole Source Notice 36C24923Q0459 as the Base Notice for the upcoming award to be posted on, or about, September 1, 2023. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ is 325412 Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, with a Size Standards of 1,300 employees, and Product Service Code (PSC) of 6505 Drugs and Biologicals.
