Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Procurement Group, Patuxent River, MD intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for White Boarding collaboration tool from Hoylu, Inc. The requirement is for the White Board application to provide collaboration capabilities for day-to-day scrums, sprint management, program evaluation and monitoring, and various other programmatic information types.� The proposed solution must meet the Information Level 4 (IL4) requirement to meet program Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) data levels. The statutory authority permitting other than Full and Open Competition in USC 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The procedures of FAR Part 12 and Part 13.5 will be utilized for this commercial acquisition. This notice is a request for quotations. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quotation. Responses should include a company name, point of contact, address, phone and fax numbers, email, and applicable company product literature. �All responses and quotations received before the closing date and time of this announcement will be considered by the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to proceed with award of the procurement as outlined herein is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided nor return any information provided. No bid and quotation costs will be reimbursed for any offeror. No request for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. The Government reserves the right to process this procurement as a action based on the responses received. See Attached RFQ.
