Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisition and Grants Office (AGO) intends to increase the contract ceiling under IDIQ Contract 1305M421DNAAA0016 with AECOM Technical Services. The primary objective of the single-award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is to provide services in environmental compliance and sustainability program areas. The scope of work under this contract includes the following task areas: Task 1: Environmental Compliance, Safety and Occupational Health Assessments Task 2: National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Related Support for Proposed NOAA Actions Task 3: Floodplain and Wetlands Surveys Task 4: Hazardous Material Surveys Task 5: Environmental Site Assessments Task 6: Site Characterization, Remediation and Restoration Services Task 7: Date Management related to Environmental Compliance Programs Task 8: Support Implementing the NOAA Environmental Management System Task 9: Building/Structural Demolition Related to Environmental Site Restoration Task 10: Support of Sustainability and Energy Program Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), an out-of-scope modification will be issued under IDIQ contract 1305M421DNAAA0016 to increase the total maximum cumulative value by $1,020,856.00 increasing the ceiling from $3,000,000.00 to $4,020,856.00. The ordering period end date of September 30, 2026 remains unchanged. The ceiling increase is required due to an increase in appropriated funds for the deferred maintenance construction program and additional funds allocated to NOAA with the passing of the Inflation Reduction Act. This has created a need for additional work in Task Areas 2 and 6 prior to execution of the deferred maintenance construction projects. The cumulative total value of task orders issued to date has reached 61.7% of the current ceiling, with 3 years remaining on the life of the contract. The IDIQ contract was awarded based on full and open competition. This notice is issued for informational purposes and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no sufficient response is received, the ceiling will be increased without further notice. A determination to not compete the proposed action based on responses from this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Any interested party may submit a statement of capabilities in in response to this notice of intent by no later than no later than 15 days from the date of this announcement. Responses to this notice must be sent via email to Megan.Whipple@noaa.gov. No phone calls will be accepted.
