Description

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office West (MRCO-W), Fort Bliss Health Contracting Branch intends to award a sole source contract to the American College of Surgeons� (ACS) Commission on Cancer (CoC) Triennial Cancer Program to William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC) Fort Bliss, Texas. The sole source contract will have a period of performance is 01 September 2023 through 31 August 2024. NAICS: 813920-Professional Organizations, Size standard, $23.5 Million. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements. The solicitation number is W81K00-23-Q-0144 and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice of intent and the final Justification and Approval document. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements, within 5 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
