- The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor (FLCPH) Regional Contracting Department issues a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of Navy communication, electronic, and computer systems at Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Pacific (NCTAMS PAC), Oahu, Hawaii and Geraldton, Australia and Finegayan, Guam.
