- Description
- Update 7/12/23: Please see the Attachments/Links section as a Question and Answer document has been posted along with an amendment to the solicitation and amended solicitation attachments. The due date for proposals has also been extended to 7/26/2023. The Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AO) has a mission to support the federal judiciary (judiciary) and the public it serves by providing various services and support functions to the courts and organizations that are part of the judiciary. One of the ways the AO provides support is by providing the judiciary with methods for procuring the needed IT supplies and services they may need. To help provide that support, the AO establishes and administers nationwide blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) that may be used by various judiciary organizations to procure the items they need for their organization. For this requirement, the AO intends to establish a nationwide single-award BPA for various Microsoft products and services. A full description of the products and services required can be found in the solicitation and attachments to the solicitation in the Attachments/Links section of this posting. If additional or updated attachments are added in the future, or any amendments to the solicitation are issued then they will be uploaded to the Attachment/Links section as well. It is important to note that procurement within the federal judiciary is not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), which appliesto most Executive Branch agencies. Judiciary procurement policies are the responsibility of the ProcurementManagement Division (PMD) within the AO and are issued inthe Guide to Judiciary Policy (Guide), Volume 14 (Procurement). Offerors or contractors wishing to find the full text ofindividual provisions or clauses incorporated by reference in judiciary solicitations and contracts are directedto Appendix 1B of Volume 14 that can be found on the US Courts website (www.uscourts.gov). This solicitation is open to anyCertified US Federal Authorized Microsoft Licensing Solutions Partner (LSP) that can meet the requirements in the solicitation. Interested offerors should review the solicitation and attachments closely, as the solicitation in Section L provides specific instructions and deadlines that offerors will need to account for if they intend to submit questions or a proposal. The deadline and instructions for submitting questions regarding this solicitation can be found in section L.1.L.2 - Submission of Questions. Information on submitting a proposal can be found in section L.1.L.3. - Submission of Written Proposals. Important - Both questions and proposals need to be submitted by email to both individuals listed in the solicitation (the same individuals are also listed in the Contact Information section of this posting). Otherwise, the question/proposal may be missed. Thank you for your interest in the work of the AO.
