Description

This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a single, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Human Performance Initiative services in support of�Helicopter Sea Combat Wing Atlantic (HSCWL).�The Government will award on a sole source basis using the policies and procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. Services period of performance will be 10 August 2023 through 9 August 2024 for the base period. The contract will include a base year, plus four 12-month option periods and also includes FAR Clause 52.217-8 �Option to Extend Services.� The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 611699 - All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction. The size standard is $6.5 Million. The Product Service Code is U099 Education training- Other. The anticipated award date is no later than 14 August 2023.
