- The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for two different size keel blocks in accordance with (I/A/W) the item description information outlined in the attached solicitation and the drawing information attached to this notice. This procurement will be acquired I/A/W with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Requested FOB point is Destination. Delivery location: Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Pearl Harbor, HI 96860-5033. The NAICS Code is 334417, Boat Building, with a business size standard of 1000. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5935. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% total small business set aside, reference solicitation number SPMYM4-21-Q-0529. A complete copy of the solicitation is included with this notice. Offers wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and for frequently monitoring this site for any amendments.
