Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a sole source simplified acquisition purchase with Atlas Material Testing Solutions for the maintenance of Weatherometers as specified below. Maintenance shall consist of replacement and calibration of all necessary preventative maintenance parts including shipping costs.This contract will include the following: Twice annual maintenance and calibration of 1 Ci3000 Weatherometer Twice annual maintenance and calibration of 2 Ci5000s Weatherometers Once annual maintenance and calibration of 2 Suntest XXL+ weatherometers Twice annual delivery of preventative maintenance parts for routine maintenance of 1 Ci3000 Weatherometer, and 2 Ci5000 Weatherometers Phone and email technical support Emergency service shall consist of over-the-phone and email diagnostic assistance Maintenance service contract for period of performance: 01 September 2023 to 01 September 2024 Place of performance:� � � � � � � � � � � � � ROBERT BECKER LAB, BLDG 2188 ����������������������� 48066 SHAW ROAD, UNIT 5 ����������������������� NAWCAD, PATUXENT RIVER, MD� 20670 Service Agreements for preventative maintenance and calibration will be under the jurisdiction of Ms. Emily Clark. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.�Interested parties, however, may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement with a capability statement. The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this synopsis. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract modification based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
