- Is there a time to do a site visit to see exactly what I will need to complete the delivery and installation? No site visit authorized for this solicitation the attached Furniture route shows two options for the route to the patient rooms for furniture installation. One from the dock to the patient rooms and the other from the Domiciliary main entrance to the patient rooms. The only staging area would be on the dock, which is not large or outside. Where will the items be stored prior to installation? No storage required Are the rooms on a single level or will we have to traverse stairs/elevator? See attached Floor plan What are the walls made of for securing the items to the walls or floor? Are the walls concrete, drywall, metal, or wood studs? Furniture does not need to be attached to the wall or floor Can we get the MH Furniture Salient Characteristics that are referenced in the RFQ? Attached Can we get the Overall Furniture Plan referenced in the RFQ? Attached Does furniture need to be attached to the floors or walls? No Is there a requirement to store product? No CLIN 0003: The nightstand gives specifications for drawer fronts but then says designed without doors and drawers. Is the Acumen or Acumen Open required? With drawers CLIN 0006 & 0007: The RFQ calls for two different lengths of mattresses but the beds are the same length. Which size is correct, 78 or 80 ? 78 or 80 ? The dimensions listed are approximate. They need to be the correct mattress to fit the bed.
