- Description
- Luke AFB has a requirement to purchase an AutoVend AV1000 Parts System or equal. The providing contractor will need to provide delivery 60 days after date of award. Parts System provided shall be delivered and dropped off to Luke AFB, AZ. Below is a description of the requirements for the Parts System needed: Each item is separated individually into bins with parts cups that are accessed individually Items are listed on a Restock Report when an item reaches 50%. Barcode reader quick and accurate restocking. Items are dispensed by the earliest expiration dates first and expired item are locked out. Bench stock items can be searched / issued by NSN, Nomenclature, Multiple Part Numbers or traditional bin locations. Automatically deduct the issued items from the total stock level. Have a footprint no more than 9 square feet, with capacities of 1,000 unique items. An integrated bar code reader that reads the bar code on the back of the individual�s CAC or access through man-number or personal PIN code. Quotes shall distinguish each item's associated price and provide a sum/total of the entire quote. This award will be firm-fixed price. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted no later than 1:00 pm Arizona Local Time on 27 July 2023 to allow adequate time for answers to be provided to quoters.
