Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to conduct a study on the evolution of terrorist groups and organizations and their military strategies and capabilities from the 2000s through the 2040s. This assessment and trend projection will need to consider appropriate political, economic, technology, and military aspects that represent the complexities of the evolving strategic environment.
