- THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION W91CRB-20-R-5020. AMENDMENT TITLED: W91CRB-23-R-5020-0001. Solicitation W91CRB-23-R-5020 Amendment 0001 allows offerors to propose updated or substitute Ceragon or Nokia brand Part Numbers (P/Ns) for obsolete, end-of-life, or out of production Ceragon or Nokia items, and extends the proposal/ submission due date to not later than 3:30PM EST on 27 July 2023. Amendment 0001 also provides questions and answers (Q&As). If you are an interested offeror that submitted a question that was NOT answered via Amendment 0001, we were unable to obtain an answer before the amendment posted. All questions will be answered before the Government evaluates proposals. This is a formal Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals are due not later than 3:30PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 27 July 2023. The purpose of solicitation W91CRB-23-R-5020 is to fulfill requirements for�Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case CO-B-VHJ for the country of Colombia. This acquisition is limited to only those vendors authorized to sell/ re-sell the required CERAGON and NOKIA brand-name supplies AND provide ALL required services, as follows: SUPPLIES SUPPLY ITEM- One (1) each (EA) set of Ceragon brand Radio Infrastructure Hardware (aggregation nodes, radio and antenna systems with ancillary and installation hardware) and software needed to support ten (10) long-haul high capacity radio links, with the set to include: IP-20N 2RU/10-Slot 2X48V Aggregation Node. IP-20G-M2-E6-T16-2DC+SM Split Mount Edge Node RFU-D-HP08 Radio Frequency Unit Dual Transmitter 15HPA-2R-RFU-6LW 6LG 1500 Watt High Power Amplifier Dual Rack Unit Indoor Radio RFU-HP-1R-7 Split Mount 56 MHZ Indoor Radio RFU-CX-36-TL 36 GHZ Radio 8-P GE SFP Card V3 (-48V/+24 VDC) 8-Port Gigi-Byte Ethernet Small Form Factor Pluggable V3 Circuit Card SUPPLY ITEM - Internet Protocol/ Multiprotocol Label Switching (IP/MPLS) Equipment: Nokia Network Equipment for installation in Red Integrada de Comunicaciones (RIC) sites in Colombia. IP/MPLS equipment includes: Quantity fifty-seven (57) Nokia 7705 Service Aggregation Router (SAR-8) Chassis, each including one 8-port GE Small Pluggable Form factor (SFP) Card V3 (-48/+24 VDC) and one Software License for the 7705 Chassis and the SFP Card (SAR-8) with Network Group Encryption (NGE). Quantity five (5) Nokia 7705 SAR-8 Bundles each including one CSM Version 2 7705 SAR-8 Control and Switching Module, one 7705 SAR-8 Fan Module, one Version 2 Shelf, one 8-port GE SFP Version 3 Encryption Card, one 7705 SAR-8 Network Group Encryption Software License, and one Encryption License for the 8-port Card per bundle. Quantity one (1) Nokia Network Services Platform (NSP) Bundle consisting of two Version 19 Conversions from Standard Network Functions Manager Platform (NFM-P) to Premium NFM-P, one SRS NSP Annual Fee, six-hundred eighty-four (684) Nokia 5620 SAMs (Service Aware Manager) for new equipment, and four-thousand three-hundred fifty-four (4354) LP conversion from standard to premium on legacy equipment per bundle. Quantity one (1) Nokia Virtualized Service Router (VSR) Bundle consisting of two Servers, two VSR-a SN8 R16.0 DC (encryption to 20 GHz), two DC power supply cables, two ASL VSR Network Group Encryption 10 Gbps, four SFP+ 10 GE SR (LC ROHs6/6 0/70C), and four SFP 1 GE SX. Quantity four (4) 24-port Switch RJ45/SFP Managed LAN Servers. Quantity two (2) Nokia 7750 Core 7750-SR-12 12-Bundle Service Routers each including one Input/Output Module (IOM) 4-e L3HQ, one 7750 Service Switch Fabric Module (SFM5-12 + CPM5), and one IOM3-XP. SERVICES ITEM- outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) services in Bogota, Colombia and at RIC sites in Colombia. Requirements include conducting site surveys, performing design and engineering, observing/ monitoring equipment acceptance, performing system integration, installation, checkout, and testing, conducting See attached solicitation W91CRB-23-R-5020 for full requirement(s) details. Alternate and/ or substitute supplies/ services are NOT acceptable. Remanufactured and/ or refurbished supplies are not acceptable. The awardee shall be responsible for shipping/ transporting the supplies to Colombia and should quote shipping and/or transportation costs. Services are outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) in and/ or around the city of Bogota, Colombia. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price commercial contract to the responsible vendor whose proposed supplies and services meet all contract requirements and have the lowest price amongst competing proposals, and�adhere to the proposal instructions, Offerors shall submit proposal(s) and questions to Contracting Officer Andrew C. Offerors shall confirm that they are currently registered to do business with the Government via System for Award Management (SAM) and not on a list of entities not able to do business with the Government.
