Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 dated June 2, 2023. This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The associated 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The FSC/PSC is 6515. The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center 7305 North Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410-6400 is seeking to purchase Video Head Impulse Test (vHIT) for the Audiology Service Department. The (Vhit) is a relatively new test that provides diagnostics and functional information about the vestibular system, specifically the vestibular ocular reflex (VOR).
