Description

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) hereby gives notice of its intent to add six (6) additional Politico Pro Subscriptions under Purchase Order 9523ZY21P0041 with POLITICO on a sole source basis.� POLITICO Pro provides access to real-time policy news, real-time email alerts, newsletters, and reports. The data provided by these subscriptions is unique to POLITICO Pro and cannot be obtained via any other source. The additional subscriptions will be added to the remaining three (3) option years of the purchase order. This action is issued pursuant to 41 U.S.C � 3304(a)(1) implemented via Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), whereby the Contracting Officer has determined only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS nor a solicitation of offers. However, the Government will consider written responses from all responsible sources received by 5:00pm ET, July 22, 2023. Written responses must include sufficient information to establish capability to fulfill the requirement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes for future Market Research requirements. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any costs of preparation in response to this announcement.
