The applicable NAICS code is 561210 - base facilities operation support services. The Government anticipates a competitive 8(a) acquisition. The proposed contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The requirement is to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the base supply management functions. The 10th Logistic Support Squadron and Logistics Material Management Flight (10 LRS/LGRM) is responsible for stocking, storing, issuing, managing, inventorying, shipping, and inspecting DoD supplies, equipment, munitions, and fuels for USAFA mission requirements supporting the Cadet Wing. 10 LRS is the primary liaison between customers and the Air Force Global Logistics Support Center. Logistics Support Services include management of supply, munitions, fuels, HAZMAT, and readiness. The current Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for reference only. Comments and/or suggestions on the PWS are encouraged and requested to be included in your capabilities package. The Governments intent is to update the PWS prior to solicitation incorporating appropriate recommendations.
