Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTERT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.� The 413th CSB RCO-AK intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source to: The Gordian Group, Inc. 30 Patewood Drive Suites 350 Greenville SC 29615-6810 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services.� The object of this sole source award is to have continued access to the eGordian software and Gordian is the only company that can provide a product that is the only software used that provides accurate, consistent, and reliable construction repair and replacement estimating.� Gordian has proprietary data and copyrighted information that restricts competition.� No other entity has the same level of consistent construction industry market valuation that allows independent Government Estimates (IGE) This announcement is not a request for competitve quotations.� A solicitation will not be be available for this requirement.� The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.� However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this award will be considered by the Government.� This notice is not a request for competitive proposals;� however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to the requirement.� The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.� If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
