This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 47PB0023Q0018 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 Effective 06/02/2023.� Davis-Bacon Wage Rates, General Decision Number: MA20230001 06/16/2023 is applicable and is attached (ATTACHMENT 1). This acquisition is issued as a 100% set-aside for small business. The associated NAICS code is 238220: Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors, and the small business size standard is $19.0 Million. This acquisition includes one funded Contract Line Item with three informational Sub-Contract Line Item: CLIN 0001: Resequencing, Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) of Air Handling Units (AHUs) supplying Outside Air (OA) � � � � � � SubCLIN 000101: Develop TAB plan � � � � � � SubCLIN 000102: Execute TAB program on site (For the purposes of pricing, provide a firm fixed daily rate and multiply by 20 days. The offeror�s Quotation shall be submitted in the following format:����������� Part 1: Professional Certification � The offeror shall provide documentation demonstrating that the staff performing the TAB work are� NEBB, TABB, or AABC certified. Part 2: Price � (see attachment 3) a detailed price proposal that includes proposed personnel, labor rates and rate categories, travel, and other direct costs to complete the required tasks and provide the deliverables as outlined in the SOW. The price shall be broken down as follows: -SubCLIN 0001 AA: Firm-Fixed Price to Develop TAB plan including initial field work (inclusive of all costs described above); -SubCLIN 0001 AB Firm-Fixed Price per day to execute TAB program on site (inclusive of all costs described above);� Please note that an award will be made for a certain number of days (assumed to be 35 days) at this daily rate but that the contractor shall only be paid for the actual number of days they are onsite to execute the TAB program (partial days will be counted as full days); -SubCLIN 0001 AC: Firm-Fixed Price to complete Final Report (inclusive of all costs described above). In the price section, include the following:����� i) Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments; ii) A statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. c)�Period for acceptance of offers. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation. �(End of provision) 9.
