7.14.23: Amendment 0001 Posted to change the set aside from 100% small business to Unrestricted and extend the quote due date from July 13, 2023 at 10:00am CST to July 19, 2023 at 10:00 am CST.� Solicitation W911SA-23-Q-3107 will be issued on Thursday, 6 July 2023, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for canopy, stage, and chair rental at Fort Douglas, UT. The performance period is 28 July 2023 to 31 July 2023. Quotes shall be emailed to melissa.t.larson.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor�s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in�accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes. Signed SF 1449, Completed information from the Supplemental Information section Signed Amendments (if applicable) Price Schedule If all required documents are not provided with the quote submission, your quote MAY NOT be considered for award. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later 4:00 PM CST, Monday 11 July 2023. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
