Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice for Tripler Army Medical Center. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources and whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The NAICS code is 325413 and the successful vendor must be registered in SAM.gov with this NAICS. Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate set-aside and acquisition method. The Medical Readiness Contracting Office � Pacific intends to award a Firm, Fixed-Price contract for a base period with up to four option periods to the successful offeror using FAR Part 12 procedures. The requirement is for various blood culture monitoring and antibiotic susceptibility testing kits and reagents compatible with the Government-owned VITEK 2 XL automated microbial identification system, VITEK MS automated mass spectrometry microbial identification system, and BACT/ALERT VIRTUO A (with B module) platelet culture detection system, as well as use of VITEK MS Prime analyzer, and service agreement for aforementioned analyzers/instruments. Interested vendors may submit in writing their capabilities and qualifications demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement identified in this notice. Responses to this notice should include company name, address, and telephone number, point of contact (POC), and brochures which will allow the Government to understand your offerings and options. Capability statements should be submitted to the attention of Ms. Megumi Kuwada, Contract Specialist, email megumi.kuwada.civ@health.mil. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 21 July 2023 at 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization's qualifications to supply the required equipment.
