- The Network 10 Contracting office on behalf of the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center (Saginaw VAMC) located at 1500 Weiss, Saginaw, MI 48602 intends to release the Request For Quote (RFQ) for laboratory courier services no later than July 21, 2023. The RFQ is set aside for SDVOSB. The Veterans Health Administration is looking for quotes from contractors who are capable of providing vehicles, gasoline, insurance, personnel, and directional materials necessary to accomplish daily scheduled courier services (NAICS code 492110; Size standard 1500 Employees) from the community based outpatient clinics (CBOC) listed below to the Saginaw VAMC, Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Daily courier service shall also include courier service from Saginaw VAMC to the Ann Arbor VAMC located at 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 482105. It should be noted that blood substances shall be one of the items transported by the contractor. Associated staff will maintain current training and certification in accordance with 49 CFR, Parts 171-173.
