Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE � CLEAR ALIGN � RVSS NB CAMERA SUITES VZ1200 NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING SPECIALIST CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. This announcement constitutes a notice of intent of the FAA to pursue a single source contract award process for this requirement to acquire from Clear Align for s the procurement of (18ea) VZ-1200 camera suites. These suites consist of a Z-1200 HD camera, Gator Pan Tilt Unit, Power supply and EO Visible Day Camera. The FAA authority for single source procurements is provided by the FAA�s Acquisition Management System (AMS) policy section 3.2.2.4. Rational Basis for Use of Single Source Award Procedures: Clear Align is the only known source that can provide the required procurement of (18ea) VZ-1200 camera suites, consisting of a Z-1200 HD camera, Gator Pan Tilt Unit, Power supply and EO Visible Day Cameras and satisfy the requirement within the needed timeframe.
