The RFQ is amended to change the salient characteristics for CLIN 0003 as follows ""a) 500 Millisecond Delay, b) 16' Lead Wire Length per Unit, c) 6 months storage life."" The revised Attachment 2 Evaluation Procedures is attached to this amendment and replaces the original Attachment 2. Changes are in bold. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
