Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 08- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing BRAND NAME OR EQUAL for InnerSpace Evolve Tall Cabinet with Glass Doors Compressed Board at a firm fixed price for C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744. These cabinets will be used to store sterile supplies in the Cardiac Catheterization (Cath) Lab. The cabinets must have concealed hinges and self-closing doors. Must include an electronic lock. Must include the ability to change locations and layout of drawers, shelves, etc., without use of tools to alter cabinet. A 4 kickplate is required on all cabinets. Doors must be tempered glass. The anticipated PSC code is 6530. The anticipated NAICS code is 339112. See attached Draft Statement of Need. RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: - Company Name, Address, Size Standard, UEI#, Cage Code - Capabilities Statement - Contract number (If applicable) - Place of Manufacturing/ Country of Origin - Point of Contact name, phone number, and email address - Authorized distributorship letter from the manufacturer (If response is from a distributor) *NOTE Acquisitions will only be set aside for SDVOSBs/VOSBs if two or more responses that meet the Non-manufacturer Rule are received with the required information listed above, by the due date specified below. Responses are due to Justin Coleman at Justin.Coleman1@va.gov by 12:00PM EST on Friday, July 21, 2023. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
