- Notice of Intent to Sole Source HT941023N0069 THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE NON-PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Western Markets Contracting Division (WMCD), San Diego, intends to negotiate and award a firm fixed price contract with Datix (USA) Inc. dba oneSOURCE Document Management in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a) Sole Source acquisitions and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source being available to meet the Government�s needs, to: Datix (USA) Inc. dba oneSOURCE Document Management PO Box 95486 Chicago, IL 60694-5486 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 518210 - Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services; the business size standard is $. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 7H20. The objective of this sole source award is to procure non-personal services for access to the Onesource database in support of �U.S. Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms, California and U.S Naval Hospital� Yokosuka, Japan. Services for the database includes: Surgical Instruments and Equipment Instructions for Use (IFUs) and operator manuals for cleaning and sterilizing reusable surgical instruments, devices, and medical equipment Tissue & Implants IFUs and package inserts for biologic and non-biologic implantable items; archived for ten years with federal and state registrations and certificates Biomedical PM Service manuals, technical publications, letters of obsolescence, and preventative maintenance information for medical equipment Facilities Maintenance Cleaning, user and service manuals, and preventative maintenance information for non-medical equipment Dental Dental instruments, equipment, SDS, implants, and consumables Safety Data Sheets (SDS) SDS and MSDS relevant to healthcare settings; archived for thirty years Consumables IFUs and package inserts for medical and non-medical supplies and chemicals that are single use, disposable, non-durable, and that cannot withstand repeated use or sterilization Tracking System/CMMS Integrations and Partnerships oneSOURCE has integrations and partnerships with a variety of instrument tracking software, CMMS software, and tissue tracking programs. Ask about any that apply for your facility. The anticipated period of performance is for base year and 4 option periods. The work shall be performed at: Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms and Naval Hospital Yokosuka, Japan Based on market research, OneSource is the only company, that allows 24/7 access to the information needed to comply with CMS, Joint Commission, AAAHC and AAMI accreditation standards. OneSource makes compliance with accreditation standards easy by eliminating the expense of maintaining and updating IFU documents, and by making these documents easily accessible to every department within� �both facilities. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes management and technical data and cost information, in sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to provide the required services at U.S. Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms, California and U.S Naval Hospital� Yokosuka, Japan. Capability statements shall not exceed six (8.5 x 11 inch) pages using a font size no smaller than 10-point. All capability statements received by the due date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A request for documentation or additional information or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a sole source purchase order.
