Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Laboratories and Scientific Services Directorate (LSSD) Sterling, VA intends to negotiate a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source for Know It All software licenses, 20 new and 22 renewals.� The associated NAICS code for this is 513210, with a Size Standard of $47.0 million.
