Description

Amendment 01: a)�Replace Attachment 1, SOW dated 20230607 with SOW dated 20230718 b) Provide revised RFQ dated 20230718 c) Extend the RFQ date to 20 July 2023 at 12:00PM PDT Vandenberg Space Force Base has a Mobile Crane Rental requirement and is formally requesting quotes.� This is Request for Quote is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.�� The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with the CLIN structure as reflected in the RFQ attachment. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 532490 and Size Standard of $40M apply to this procurement. A quote template sheet has been provided. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of proper registration in the System for Award Management will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. Please note the scheduled lift operations and equipment delivery dates in the attached statement of work (SOW). With your quote, please provide the certifications of the operators with the specifications of the proposed crane. All prospective offers and associated documentation must be sent to eileen.castro@spaceforce.mil and vincente.mills.2@spaceforce.mil.� Quotes must be received NLT 12:00 PM PDT, 20 July 2023.�
