Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for BRAND NAME ONLY, NATUS Nuroworks/Sleepworks Server and all required accessories for the VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System located at 975 Kirman Avenue, Reno, NV 89502. This RFQ will be set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, size standard 1,000 employees. The solicitation will be available on or about July 19, 2023, and will be distributed solely through the SAM/ Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about July 26, 2023, with responses due to Christopher E. Crawford at christopher.crawford4@va.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at christopher.crawford4@va.gov.
