Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N0018923Q0319 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-04 (effective 06/02/2023) and DFARS Publication Notice 20230609 (effective 09 June 2023). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be access in full text at: https://www.acquisition.gov/far/ and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dars/dfarspgi/current/index.html. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334511 with a small business size of 1,350 employees. This is a total Small Business Set Aside. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract.
