Department of Veterans Affairs Memphis VA Medical Center Sources Sought Notice Commercial Black Piranha R/F, Ultrasound Quality Assurance, X-ray Phantom This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Network Contracting Office 9 is seeking potential sources for Commercial ultrasound Phantoms, Black Piranha and Radiology items. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal and shall not be construed as an obligation or commitment by the Government. An award will not be made on any offers submitted in response to this notice, and it shall not be implied the Government is committed to providing any solicitation or award following this notice. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate a respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided. Specifically, salient characteristics are those characteristics of the brand name item that the VA needs. Salient Characteristics Ultrasound phantom must be multipurpose to allow testing for gray scale for contrast evaluation, cyst targets with non-resonance cylinders, line targets for geometrical evaluation, close range (dead zone) resolution, axial and angular resolution are prepared for scanning. is designed to allow scanning from all four side walls X-Ray Phantom Head with Cervical Vertebrae, Transparent Must have embedded treads- allows the use with a tripod. Must have jaws that are slightly open to allow dental panoramic images of the teeth Must include neck Must include some cervical vertebrae Tripod Must be compatible with X-Ray Phantom Head with Cervical Vertebrae, Transparent LinkIQ tester with industrial Enet adapter kit and probe Must be able to troubleshoot PoE devices via Switch Negotiation and PoE Load test Must be able to Identify connected switch information (Switch Name, Port Number, and VLAN) Must have Tone Generator that Generates Analog and Digital tones and comes with compatible with the Tone Probe Must have Blink Port light on switch to help identify the connected switch port Must be able to show Length measurement that shows distance to termination, open or short Must be able to Document wire map Length of each pair Diagnose split pairs User selectable T568A or T568B User selectable crossover settings (Straight through, Half-crossover, Full crossover) Must include Remote ID Locators that uses remote ID terminations to identify up to 7 unique ports or office outlets Must be able to Save up to 1000 test results on the unit Must have Touch Screen Color Display- to ID wires Black Piranha R/F Custom Package Must have GE Dose Probe Holder- Must be compatible with Ocean Next software to work with our current Piranha software data Must be able to provide a software update for our current Piranha The information above is intended to be descriptive, and not restrictive, to indicate the quality of equipment that will be satisfactory.
