Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to award an GSA schedule sole source order to Gartner Inc. Gartner, Inc., holds proprietary rights to the subscription service and no other vendor is able to resell this software. The objective of obtaining this service is to acquire research and support services and products from Gartner Associates in support of the IRS' mission/goal of administering the federal income tax statutes and regulations in the most effective manner possible. These services provide administrative and management support tools to ensure that agency decisions are based upon the best information and practices available saving the taxpayer time and money. The goal of this effort is to purchase three Gartner licenses for TXO office (one Team Lead and two Support Team Member). The Licensed User receives unmetered, unlimited access subject matter experts who act as an extension of the TXO leadership team, as well as guide to service & support resources including playbooks, benchmarking data, case studies and best practices, virtual and live events, and peer networking. Gartner consultants will assist TXO on executing mission critical priorities by providing a structured way to leverage best in class information to make the right decisions the first time and avoiding costly and time-consuming mistakes.
