Description

In accordance with FAR 5.2, this is a notification of a proposed sole-source contract action to Teel Technologies for the acquisition of Digital Forensics Training for DOMEX and Cellex Operatives and�Detego Suite Pro - 1 Year License (Includes Field, Media Acquisition, Detego for Mobile Devices, Fusion, Covert, Ballistic Imager & Analyze). The US Coast Guard, C5I Service Center, intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) to Teel Technologies, 22 Knight Street, Norwalk, CT, 06851.� This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Teel Technologies is the sole source in industry that provides advanced forensic training on Special Operations Forces SOF DOMEX Enabler kit through their Operator One (OO) course. Teel Technologies is the only venue to prepare our Coast Guard DOMEX examiners to conduct this mission in support of a Combatant Command. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Interested vendors may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 2:00 p.m. EDT on 3 August 2023. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Interested parties may submit any information for consideration by the Government to Brianna.Riffle@uscg.mil with solicitation number referenced in the subject line.
