- This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), solicitation, or an indication that the government will contract for any requirements at any time in the future. No decision to pursue an acquisition or identification of a contracting organization to be responsible for an acquisition has been made. The government is not responsible for any costs incurred for information received in response to this notice and is in no way obligated by the information received to take any action. AETC requires the contractor to deliver, set-up, tear-down, and remove rental of equipment including tents, tables, table covers, chairs, and stages, as well as incidental equipment including air conditioning, electrical, storage, and generator for the annual 2023 Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) AirVenture airshow The performance location is Wittman Regional Airport, Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The 338th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron intends to make award to Experimental Aircraft Association, Inc. (EAA) (CAGE: 1RYR2), due to only one source being capable of providing the needed items since EAA has an exclusive contract with the AirVenture airshow and urgency of the proposed purchase. The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit with a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106(a)(1)(iii), The urgency of the proposed purchase. This notice of intent is�NOT�a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes technical data and cost information, sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the requirement. Requests for documentation, additional information, or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a single source procurement. Capability statements are due on 20 July, 2023 by 01:00 PM CST. Capability statements shall be submitted by email ONLY as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF attachment to angel.hill.2@us.af.mil and elsa.hurtado@us.af.mil. Capability statements and supporting documentation provided after the due date listed above will not be reviewed.
