- This is a Synopsis IAW FAR 5.2 Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the National Planning and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for DOI, BLM and USFS with agreement numbers 12318721A0005 through 12318721A0006. RFQ Number: 12441923Q0122 Project Title: METI/Wood Task 43 NRM Portfolio -- BPA Call Order Project Description: This Statement of Work (SOW) involves two primary tasks: maintenance and modernization. 1. Maintenance This involves tasks in support of training, user support, software testing, and mentoring Forest Service employees serving under MOUs in support roles for the three applications.� It includes: a) Updating user documentation, developing training materials, and training users both online and in person.� b) Assisting with developing a robust training program that provides a mix of online self-study and instructor-led training.� c) Supporting critical field work and analysis by serving as level 2 desktop support.� d) Serve as a technical specialist or subject matter expert, providing information to developers about design and use of the applications.� e) Identifying necessary bug fixes and enhancements and creating issues in GitHub. 2. Modernization This task is in support of modernizing the applications to the Next-Gen environment.� This includes: 1. Providing technical and business expertise. 2. Testing. 3. Mentoring of MOUs. Project Location: This is a Nationwide effort through the Washington Office (WO). Delivery: The deliverables for this work will be provided to the ordering activity. This BPA is composed Small Businesses. There are currently 2 businesses that will receive this solicitation. The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA. Any changes to the Call Order RFP shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA.
