Description

Synopsis: This procurement will result in a Purchase Order for eight (8) HVAC systems, namely Trane CGAM, IPAK and Rooftop air-cooled chillers, ranging from 15 to 130 tons. The contractor shall provide packaging and transportation for the HVAC. All items provided by the contractor shall be in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions, and commercial practices. This is NOT a solicitation! Do not submit proposals or questions in response to this document. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available on http://www.beta.SAM.gov, on or about 24 July 2023,�No telephone calls or written requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. All prospective offerors are responsible for visiting the web page frequently to obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to this solicitation. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) �in order to be eligible for an award. Representations and Certifications must also be updated via SAM. See https://www.sam.gov and https://www.acquisition.gov for registration information.
