Description

This notice serves as a combined synopsis/solicitation for�IRIS Search Engine Licenses and Implementation services. Evaluations will be conducted in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5�- Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The total amount of this requirement is not expected to exceed $7.5 million.� PSC�7A21 is not the only applicable code and was selected as SAM requires one code be selected. See solicitation for additional details as to products/services being solicited.� See the attached solicitation document and its associated attachments for additional information. Scope Summary: The Contractor shall purchase, implement, and make available for integration a modern search engine to find content across the CRS Application enterprise including the Oracle database - known as Consolidated database (CDB); the Content Management System (CMS) with an integrated Authoring/Document Management System (DMS) implemented on M365 leveraging SharePoint Online (SPO) and the Microsoft Power Platform; the Congressional Relationship Management Application (CRM-A)/MINERVA also using M365 and Microsoft Power Platform to track all research and informational requests placed by Congressional staff; and the PoolParty taxonomy application used to tag CRS content.� In addition to the CRS.gov website, the M365 based applications: DMS/CMS, and CRM-A/MINERVA applications shall be integrated with Search.
