- STATEMENT OF WORK US Naval Hospital Bremerton Food Service Linen 1.0 INTRODUCTION 1.1 The Contractor shall provide, in accordance with this statement of work, support Combined Food Operations sanitation and cleaning requirements. 2.0 SCOPE 2.1 The contractor shall provide services commencing on the date specified in this contract. Pick-up and Delivery every Monday between 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM PST. The contractor shall provide answering services during the hours of 8:00 AM- 3:00 PM PST Monday through Friday. 3.0 DUTIES 3.1 KITCHEN WIPES PICK-UP & DELIVERY TO INCLUDE: Pick-up and delivery of kitchen wipes once a week to maintain an on hand high inventory level of 50 towels. Towels are 15xl8 inches, double thick towels because they are two to three terry towels sewn together for extra absorbency, and they are stained dark brown. For grill, oven, and deep fryer cleaning. Edges and ends must be hemmed, and towels must be intact with no holes. 3.2 TERRY TOWEL PICK-UP & DELIVERY SERVICE Pick-up and delivery to include company supplied terry towels 13xl 8, picked up and delivered once a week. A high weekly inventory level of 255 towels will be established. Towels may have a narrow 1/2-inch stripe down the middle for marking purposes. Ends and edges must be hemmed. Towels must be intact with no holes. 3.3 TERRY BAR TOWEL REPLACEMENT Terry bar towel replacement to include Pick-up and delivery of terry towel replacements. Charge for loss and/or damaged terry towels. To maintain the high level of inventory for the terry towels delivery is required each week. Ten (10) on average per week. 3.4 WET MOPS Wet mop pick-up and delivery to include eight (8) company supplied wet mops, string heads, picked up and delivered once a week. Eight (8) mop heads in service while the other Eight (8) heads are being cleaned each week. Mops are 24 ounces with looped ends with a sewn in tail band. 1�3-inch head band is for clamp style mop handle or quick release bar and wing nut style handle. 4.0 PROCESS Pick-up and deliver every Monday between 7:00 AM-10:00 AM PST. Once delivered, a representative from Combined Food Operations will sign the delivery.
